Red Eye Biographies

Smoking Nun
He's been playing since 1992, when he played his first woodsball game with a rental pump and a ziplock baggie of paintballs in his shirt pocket. In 1996, he became involved in the internet paintball community as one of the original Stingray Toters Internet Group (STInG) creators, members, and moderators. Since that time, he has been actively involved in the online Tinkering community, following developments and modifying his own stuff. By modifying, he clearly means using such advanced tools for his projects as a hand drill, hack saw, hand files, and a dremel. For a brief stint, he owned and operated the online business, Smoking Nun Paintball Products (still the coolest paintball logo ever developed), selling some aftermarket paintball accessories. He continues to play today. Smoking Nun's most recent paintball achievement was this past summer, playing for the IAO Owners Group Division Championship team, RMOG.

Rainman229
He's been playing since 1998. He became involved in the online paintball community also in 1998. A few years later, he took the leap and joined the paintball business world in 2000, when he bought a mill and began making and modifying paintball parts in his garage. He later started anodizing markers. He still has that business (www.rainman229.com) and continues to cut, color, and modify a wide range of paintball guns. His most recent paintball achievement was playing on the Sportsmanship winner at IAO's Owners Group Division, team BEOG.

Meph

Then joining the online community in 1999, and starting to get his feet wet with the Industry at 2001 doing freelance work with Tippmann sports at events teching guns. He joined the Paintball Marshals and became an advocate for honor and fair play on the field. Later in 2002 writing for various PB magazines for the events he traveled to. Mostly staying to the woods where he belong he tends to follow the Scenario scene, attending dozens all across the Nation. But not exclusively, he does tournaments (such as playing with Team PPIG at Skyball) ocassionally though usually more attending local tournies.

Brimstone
He began the paintball venture in 1997 with a Spyder Compact, shortly stopping for a brief time. Only to pick back up his gear again in 2002. Mostly acquiring pump equipment despite the recent boom in the electro market. 2004 finally shown the light to Brimstone as he became infatuated with Palmer guns, especially Hurricanes! Soon after discovering EMR Paintball Park in Pennsylvania. Here he ran into the PB Marshals and decided to join, quickly becoming the Coordinator for New Jersey.
