Blade Disassembly Guide

Tools Needed

1 Phillips screwdriver.
1 Pliers or Adjustable wrench

  1. REMOVE AIR and hopper from marker. Take the 12g out of the marker
  2. Using a phillips screwdriver, remove the seven (7) screws on the outside of the body.
  3. You can now pull the right half of the body off.
  4. The internals are now exposed. Pull the two metal tabs on the back of the valve assembly to remove it from the line.
  5. This removes the valve body, the power tube, hammer and hammer spring.
  6. Pull the hammer and hammer spring off. You are left with the powertube (black tube) and valve body.
  7. With the pliers or wrench, remove the brass valve cap from the valve body. "Lefty Loosey".
  8. WATCH OUT...a spring is in there
  9. Here you will find the Valve oring (black oring) and valve seal (white seal on end) as well as the valve spring.
  10. Twist the bolt around and remove it from the pump arm. Then pull it out of the marker.
  11. To remove the pump arm, if necessary, gently lift the bolt carrier up and over the barrel and pull it off the end of the barrel
  12. Note the position of the trigger spring (Where it hits the trigger AND the safety) and remove it.
  13. Now pull the trigger and safety out of their holes
  14. To reassemble, go back in reverse order.
