JT Excellerator 3.0-6.0 Disassembly Guide

Tools Needed

Allen Keys
Flathead screwdriver
Wooden Dowel

  1. REMOVE AIR and hopper from marker. Take the tank off the marker
  2. Remove Barrel
  3. Remove hammer retaining pin
  4. CAREFUL! The hammer spring may force the backing out.
  5. Remove Bolt, Hammer, Hammer spring, hammer guide, bumper
  6. Remove the Grip Frame by taking the two allen screws out with a 1/8" Allen screw
  7. Take the expansion chamber off at the same time.
  8. Remove the Allen key in front of the volumizer and remove that assembly. This will allow the cup seal and valve spring to come out.
  9. Using a flathead screwdriver, unscrew the valve retaining screw in the bottom of the body.
  10. Use the wooden dowel to push the valve body out of the marker body.

Due to having four different versions of the marker, we will not address the grip frame nor the expansion chamber/regulator. Please visit the BEOG Forums for detailed information regarding those.
