Samurai Disassembly

1) Get your Samuai and Tools.
2) There are Eight screws that need to come out from the body.
3) Start with the three closest to the barrel
4) Unscrew the barrel
5) Cock the gun now.  This will allow for you to pull the frame off easier
6) Remove the shell from the gun
7) Remove the other shell aswell
8) Pull the link arm spring off the valve assmebaly and from the hammer tube
9) Unscrew the velocity screw. there is a spring there, so be ready for the spring to "pop" off the gun.
10) Separate the hammer tube from the valve assembaly
11) Remove the bolt from the bolt guide
12) Unscrew the two nuts on the hammer tube
13) Take the hammer tube top off the other one
14) Take the cocking rod and the linkage assembaly out of the hammer. You have to remove the spring from the hammer to do this.
15) Take the hammer spring and hammer out of the hammer tube
16) Now, to the valve

Unscrew the valve cap and the valve retainer screw.
NOTE: When the valve retainer screw comes out, the valve, cupseal and valve spring will pop out pretty fast so be ready to catch them as the fly out.
17) Here is the valve. On the left, the valve frame, next is the valve spring, then the cup seal, the gold item is the valve itself. Below the valve is the valve retainer screw and finally, on the right, the valve cap.

Here is a picture of the whole gun disassembled:

Here is the Trigger assembaly close up. The blue dots represent the Pins on the Gun as pictured below the trigger assembaly

Oiling Locations:
#13: Put two-three drops on the hammer itself and two-three more on the hammer tube behind the hammer
#16: Place two-three drops on the bolt guide
#17: Place two-three on the valve
General: Put three-four drops in the duckbill(where CO2 screws in) before every use. this will lubricate the entire valve and hammertube; keeping other maintnance down
If you have some ATF: remove all ORings from their location, and put them in a paper cup and fill the paper cup with ATF. Leave them in for about 24 hours and then they will be as good as new.
