Talon Disassembly Guide


Tools Needed

1 Phillips screwdriver.
1 Pliers or Adjustable wrench

 

  1. REMOVE AIR and hopper from marker. Take the 12g out of the marker
  2. Using a phillips screwdriver, remove the eight (8) screws on the outside of the body.
  3. Note that one screw is longer and goes through the air intake behind the trigger
  4. Remove Valve Body, Hammer and hammer spring by pulling on the back of the valve body.
  5. Pull hammer and spring off power tube (black tube)
  6. Remove brass valve cap with pliers or wrench.
  7. Watch out! A spring is in there!
  8. Inside, you'll find the Valve Oring (black oring), Valve Seal (white seal at end of power tube) and the valve spring
  9. Twist the bolt around and remove it from the pump arm. Then pull it out of the marker.
  10. To remove the pump arm, if necessary, gently lift the bolt carrier up and ove the barrel and pull it off the end of the barrel
  11. Note the position of the trigger spring (Where it hits the trigger AND the saftey) and remove it.
  12. Now pull the trigger and safety out of their holes
  13. To reassemble, go back in reverse order.
