Tigershark Disassembly Guide

Step 1: Remove the air source (CO2 tank) from you marker.

Step 2: Remove the pump arm by unscrewing the two screws that connect it to the bolt. Then slide the arm off the end of the barrel.

Step 3: Unscrew the barrel from the marker.

Step 4: Push out the two pins on the grip frame. One is behind the grip and the other is in the front of the marker. Now remove the grip frame from the upper receiver.

Step 5: Push out the pin towards the rear of the upper receiver out.

Step 6: Slide the ASA, valve, powertube, hammer, mainspring, and bolt out the back of the gun. The bolt may need to be pushed with a pencil or dowel from the front end of the marker.

Step 7: This is generally all you will need to do for regular maintenance and cleaning of your marker. Clean the hammer, powertube, mainspring, and bolt with warm water and wet towels. They use dry towels to completely dry them. Now take a non-petroleum based lubricant and apply it to the outside of the hammer, the outside of the powertube, and the outside of the bolt.

Step 8: To reassemble your marker, repeat the above steps in reverse order.

Step 9: When you are done reassembling your marker, place a few drops of non-petroleum based lubricant into the hole in the ASA (where the CO2 tank screws into). Now dry-fire you marker about 25 times with no barrel on to work in the lube.

Disassembly of the valve

Step 2: Use a wrench to unscrew the brass hex head from the valve body.

Step 4: To reassemble the valve repeat the above steps in reverse order.
