Tigershark Technical and Troubleshooting Guide

Gas leaking down barrel
-Worn or damaged cupseal
-- Replace cupseal
-Worn or damaged valve spring
-- Replace valve spring
-CO2 tank is almost empty
-- Replace 12-gram CO2 cartridge or get CO2 tank refilled


Gas leaking from where CO2 tank screws into gun
-Damaged or missing CO2 tank o-ring
-- Replace o-ring on CO2 tank


Marker does not fire
-Marker was not cocked
-- Make sure to pump the pump arm fully back and fully forward before firing
-CO2 tank is almost or completely empty
-- Replace 12-gram cartridge or get CO2 tank refilled


Marker does not recock
-CO2 tank is almost or completely empty
-- Replace 12-gram cartridge or get CO2 tank refilled


Marker is very hard to cock
-Internals in need of cleaning and lubing
--Take marker apart and clean the internals


Paintballs breaking in barrel
-Barrel is dirty or has remains of other broken paintballs in it
-- Use a squeegie to squeegie out the barrel
-Defective paintballs
-- Buy new paintballs and make sure they are fresh with no breaks in the bag
-Double feeding
-- Make sure only to cock the gun once for each shot


Marker is very inaccurate
-Dirt, paint buildup, or oil in the barrel
-- Squeegie out the barrel
-Paintballs too small/big for the barrel
-- Try buying a different brand of paint. Different brands of paint are slightly different sizes and some may work better than others in a particular barrel.
-Paintballs are old or defective
-- Buy new paintballs and make sure they are fresh with no breaks in the bag.Tech Issue: Paintballs roll out the barrel after the gun is cocked
